AFJROTC Parent Booster Club
The AFJROTC Parent Booster Club is a group of cadet parents who volunteer their time and efforts in support of numerous activities involving the cadets throughout the school year. Their assistance is invaluable to both the cadets and the cadre. Their many activities include chaperoning cadets during the military ball, assisting the competition teams during their skills meets (Drill Team, Color Guard, Orienteering and Joint Service Cadet National & World Championships). They also help by supervising and sponsoring the cadets during fund raising activities which support non-school funded activities such as the annual awards ceremony.
Membership in the parents club is voluntary and a great way to keep abreast of the many activities that are going on. It also offers an excellent opportunity to get to know the other parents and the cadre. If you want to be involved in your cadets AFJROTC experience please join the parents club.
The parents club is a 501-C3 nonprofit organization with all donations being tax deductible. All proceeds generated by the parents club go directly to support cadet activities.
The parents club normally meets the evening of the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm in the AFJROTC Classroom Building 5 room 107. For more information you may e-mail the Parent Booster Club President Cindy Munnigh at [email protected] .
